Refund and Returns Policy

At Trombone-Sound.com we sell mainly digital sheet music downloads (PDF files, MP3 and FLAC audio tracks). Because of the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been downloaded.
Exceptions for digital products
We only make exceptions in case of technical issues (e.g. corrupted file or wrong version delivered). In such cases we will replace the file free of charge.
Physical items (printed sheet music, CDs)
We offer a 30-day return policy on physical items. The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
How to request a refund or return
- Email us at trbn.sound@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase.
- Include your order number and the reason for the request.
- For physical returns, please ship the item back to:

You are responsible for return shipping costs. We will inspect the item and process your refund within 5–10 business days after receipt.
Important notes
- Sale items are non-refundable.
- We do not accept returns on opened CDs or obviously used physical products.
- Gift purchases follow the same rules.
